Rally for Maryland's Dogs
Thursday, August 9, 2012
2 to 4 pm
Lawyer's Mall, Annapolis
(at the intersection of Bladen Street and College Avenue next to the Governor's
Mansion.

Signs on sticks are prohibited. Please do not bring live animals.

Join us in calling on the special session of the Maryland General Assembly to
provide a remedy for the Court of Appeal's decision on pit bull type dogs
inTracey v. Solesky

• The Court of Appeals ruled that pit bull type dogs are inherently dangerous.
• The decision could make owners, landlords, veterinarians, kennels, animal
shelters, rescue groups, and anyone in custody of a dog automatically liable,
regardless of whether they know a dog actually poses a threat.

DOGS SHOULD BE JUDGED ON THEIR BEHAVIOR, NOT THEIR BREED!

Directions
From Route 50 take Exit 24 (Rowe Boulevard). Take Rowe Boulevard towards
Annapolis (south). Rowe Boulevard becomes Bladen Street and dead ends at
Lawyer's Mall (College Avenue).
